Located in the heart of Phoenix Arizona arts district, Portrait at Hance Park brings culture to your front door. The two-building project features 380 units with ample amenities and sweeping views of the downtown Phoenix skyline. The highlight of the project is the collection of art by local artists in the amenity spaces, as well as showcasing over 180 pieces of art throughout the building corridors

The major design challenge was to create a project that would interact and enhance a revamped City Park. To capture the view of the park and down skyline, we created a second floor house with wall to wall sliding doors allowing for an interactive indoor-outdoor space that can ve used year round.
