Cypress at Trinity Groves is a luxury apartment building, located just across the newest Dallas attraction, the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. The neighborhood is filled with a unique mix of eateries, boutique shopping and art galleries, which helped drive the design of the building. The amenity spaces have an eclectic feel while remaining contemporary and upscale. The terrace lounge has an incredible view of the Dallas skyline for residents to enjoy.

We overcame our challenges by creating a unique design that mirrored the eclectic style of the neighborhood, while offering a clean and modern style with stunning, yet budget conscience finishings
