An eclectic mix of mid-century and modern design, warm wood tones and plush accents, the Vitruvian project was designed to make it's residents feel a sense of home. This 30,000 square foot apartment complex in the heart of Addison, Texas boasts 350 apartment units including a resort style pool, multiple courtyards and covered outdoor lounges.
The Vitruvian property will consist of 1200 units when completed over the next four years. The design challenge for this leasing and amenity space was first to be durable for multiple phases
of apartment complexes. Designing the building to last over four years of construction and stay fresh and new was the second challenge. The use of porcelain tile, commercial wall coverings and carpet accomplish the durability of the finishes.
