The design challenge was to creating multiple amenities with distinctive vibes and styles, all while acknowledging the modern craftsman exterior. To accommodate the number of expected residents, the design features several amenities on the first floor along with an expansive pool and courtyard running the length of the building. The 5th floor features a club room with demo kitchen, game room and record player lounge with terrace all overlooking the skyline of downtown Dallas.
