The design challenge was  to create a boutique style apartment community featuring an amenity rich project on a very small plot of land with limited flexibility. We designed the amenities to flow from one side of the building – through the courtyard – to the other side of the building. The “Light Lounge” features several small gathering areas with a wet bar and folding doors opening onto the pool. Across the courtyard, we designed a true work from your home community space with small work rooms for single use, an interactive private conference room and a flexible lounge space for grabbing a cup of coffee or checking your email.
