The amenity spaces were designed to be multi-functional gathering spaces where residents may watch a movie in comfy lounge seating, play pool in the gaming area, or conduct work meetings around open tables or banquettes. The materials and details featured custom wood columns stained in a rich walnut finish, recessed ceilings clad with wood, and unique dimensional tile.
The eclectic furnishings and various communal tables throughout the amenity areas provide gathering spaces that attract residents to work, play, and socialize. The design team provided edgy, yet comfortable interiors that are functional and match the lifestyle of the resident base.
