A native of a small town in Georgia, Mallory Gomez always had her sights set on life in the big city. Raised by entrepreneurial parents with a passion for real estate, her earliest memories include tagging along to job sites, watching her dad sketch layouts from scratch, and exploring homes under construction. While most kids played on playgrounds, Mallory was busy rearranging furniture and collecting antique trinkets, whilst quietly nurturing what would become a lifelong love of design.
Mallory earned her degree in Interior Design from The University of Alabama, with a minor in Art History, and later pursued graduate studies in Historic Preservation at the University of Georgia. She began her career at a prestigious residential architecture firm, where she
specialized in both new construction and historically sensitive renovations, a foundation that continues to shape her thoughtful, story-driven approach to interiors.
After relocating to Dallas, Mallory joined Keaton Interiors and quickly became an integral part of the team. She worked her way up from Designer to Senior Design Associate, eventually becoming co-owner of the firm. She takes pride in building strong, collaborative relationships with developers, construction teams, and consultants to bring each project to life with creativity and precision.
To date, she has contributed to over fifty projects with Keaton Interiors across the United States, partnering with developers on large-scale multifamily, student housing, and hospitality developments. Notable projects include Lexington Ranch Phases 1 & 3, Signal at Medallion Park, and Tapestry West. (With Phase 3, and Signal at Medallion Park, currently being under construction.)
She credits much of her professional growth to her mentor and now partner, Andra Maldovan, saying, “Andra is such an inspiration to me. I have learned so much from her and still do to this day.” Together, they are leading Keaton Interiors into a new era, creating thoughtful, timeless interiors rooted in soul, story, and substance.

Andra Maldovan
With over three decades of experience, Andra Maldovan has built Keaton Interiors into one of the most trusted names in design across Texas and beyond. From high-end residential homes to expansive multi-family and commercial developments, her work reflects a commitment to timeless design, thoughtful detail, and lasting partnerships.
Growing up in West Texas, Andra was surrounded by creativity and construction, shaped by the influence of her architect father and her mother, a painter-turned-business owner. Early exposure to job sites and design conversations laid the foundation for a career defined by both structure and imagination.
Though she began her academic journey studying Advertising at TCU, Andra quickly realized her heart was in design. Returning to school to pursue interior design was an immediate fit, one that set her on a path to create spaces with purpose and beauty.
Her career began at Wilson & Associates, where her persistence earned her a competitive internship that led to a full-time role. Under the mentorship of Trisha Wilson, Andra not only sharpened her design skills but gained the encouragement to launch her own firm, all while navigating the early years of single motherhood.
Today, Keaton Interiors is licensed in multiple states and has delivered thousands of successful projects. One of the firm’s most notable achievements is its contribution to Legacy West in Plano, where Andra and her team were involved from the ground up in developments, including The Grand at Legacy West, Instrata, Metro West, and The Holland.
Her background extends beyond interiors. Andra once owned a gift and accessories store as a retail extension of Keaton Interiors, merging her love for curated objects with design. Andra has also lived in three countries, including Mexico, and traveled to nearly seventy-five, drawing inspiration from global architecture, local cultures, and the people she meets along the way.
Despite her extensive experience, Andra remains driven by what’s next. Her long-held dream of owning a boutique hotel speaks to her continued passion for design, storytelling, and hospitality, that creates lasting impressions.
Her work is guided by a simple philosophy: purposeful design, timeless results, and partnerships that last. With every project, Andra brings a depth of knowledge, a global perspective, and an unwavering dedication to creating spaces that truly stand the test of time.
